- Incident War Rooms — Every incident can now get a dedicated Slack channel or Microsoft Teams chat, opened manually, from a routing rule, or on escalation. Responders are pre-invited, and the incident card lets you acknowledge, resolve, add responders, or run an RCA without leaving the room.
